Olivia has been with SingerTravel since 2000. Her curiosity has strengthened her abilities to increase her product knowledge; at the same time she is able to graciously help clients. Olivia is our "techie" and gets the call to help everyone with their computer challenges. In her work in the Group and Cruise Department, she is amazed at the constant daily changes and is always up to the challenge. Jill brings her corporate travel experience and industry knowledge to bear on the challenges of trip planning in an ever-changing, dynamic business climate. She provides the flexibility, speed and deftness that makes for virtually painless business travel for her clients.

Doris specializes in international and upscale travel. She is working to achieving her goal of visiting 100 countries and becoming a member of the Travelers' Century Club. As a veteran agent, Doris has an excellent relationship with her clients and ensures that their trips are as enjoyable as possible. Special interests: Europe, Hawaii, and Cruising.

Sue has been a travel consultant since 1979. She's been with Singer Travel since 1993 and is now the leisure manager for the agency. She offers expertise in cruises and also to destinations such as Disney parks, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and Caribbean islands. Sue can "book anything" and loves the dynamics of an industry where there is a tremendous variety of choices and constant change. Finding the best possible package for her clients, and handling any problems that arise are the challenges of her job. The reward is talking to the clients after they return to hear how much they enjoyed their vacation. In addition to traveling, Sue enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Because she's been in the travel business since 1968, Linda knew the industry in its pre-computer days of hand-written tickets, limited choices, and the big books that posted schedules and prices for air travel. "I'm one of the few who can still function when the computer goes down," she notes. Linda stresses the importance of an agent to a successful corporate or leisure trip. She is currently devoting most of her time to the corporate side of the business.
Lynn

Lynn has been in the travel business since 1988. She started her career in hotel management. Today she specializes in corporate, group and family travel, booking meetings, and honeymoons. Lynn enjoys doing individualized foreign travel, using SingerTravel's world-wide network of on-site colleagues. Lynn is our resident expert on Wanderweg, a touring company specializing in Swiss and Austrian hiking tours. Recently she visited the Riviera Maya in Mexico adding to her expertise about the Caribbean. Lynn has completed the Official Cancun Counselor Certification, offered by the Cancun Convention and Visitors Bureau and she is working on her Spa Certification with Spa Finders.

Anita graduated from Southeastern Academy of Travel and Tourism in 1990 and has booked corporate and leisure travel ever since. She enjoys the challenge of booking custom designed travel and off-the-beaten path destinations. Anita loves all-inclusive Caribbean Resorts and enjoys ziplining through the jungle and would like to go tandem hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro. Africa and Thailand are on her "wish-list" for destinations to visit in the future.

Shelby is a graduate of Reading Area Community College with an Associate Degree in Travel and Tourism. Throughout her career she has received over 15 travel certifications from the Travel Institute and Travel Academy which have enhanced her knowledge in foreign and domestic travel.
She is a Certified Sandals Specialist, a Wedding Destinations Specialist and a Caribbean Islands Specialist, among others. Travels to the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, Yellowstone National Park, Walt Disney World and cruises on Disney Cruise Line and Majestic America have enhanced her knowledge.
Every aspect of her career is challenging as well as rewarding. "I can't travel to every place in the world, but through my clients' experiences and my research, I can share the excitement of their cruise down the Danube or their African Safari."

Like many SingerTravel staff members, Don moved to his career as a travel agent from another profession. As a minister he loved traveling and working with people. After his retirement from church leadership, he used his skills to become a group tour leader. Don notes a great increase in travel among Americans who now have more resources and free time and are becoming exposed to the opportunities for travel from the Internet. His goals are to get the best quality tour for the most reasonable price and to help the participants in his travel groups. Don gains tremendous satisfaction from seeing travelers learn to understand and appreciate other cultures and he enjoys working for Helene Singer because of the trust and confidence that she has in her employees. Recently Don has traveled to Egypt, Holland, and Italy.

Gerry is one of our outside sales agents. A former agency owner herself, Gerry has enjoyed more than 15 cruises and has personally traveled to many island destinations. She enjoys leisure travel in the U.S., to the islands, on cruise ships, and to international destinations. She enjoys working with people and helping them to create their ultimate vacation plan. Debi has had a long love affair with the world of travel. She worked as a ticket agent for Bar Harbor Airlines and as a flight attendant for New York Air and Continental Airlines. A graduate of Central Travel School, she has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. Visits to many countries in Western Europe and even Thailand have only increased her desire to travel to new destinations.
Debi lives in Mendham, NJ, with her husband and two sons. They recently took a Disney Adventure Family Vacation and she is enthusiastically recommending these tours to her clients. Debi is also the owner of Luxurious Living and is a writer for "the L List" a luxury lifestyle newsletter.
