Hotel & Car Reservations


Confirmations for hotel reservations will be provided with the rate, address and phone number of your hotel(s). We recommend having your corporate credit card numbers in our files so that we are able to guarantee your reservations for late arrival.

Through our affiliation with Hickory Travel Systems, we are able to offer you preferred rates at major hotel chains that are among the lowest in the industry.

Many of our hotels, worldwide, offer us special unique amenities such as: late check-out, use of health club, early check-in, in-room movies and, in some cases, airport pick-up — all at no cost to you!

We will also provide car reservations with the same service and attention as our hotel reservations. You tell us the preferred car rental company, size of the car and when you'll need it, and we'll take care of the rest.

En Route Services & International Rate Desk


Affiliated Hickory Agencies and other direct links throughout the world can assist you with whatever needs may arise — hotel rooms in crowded periods, car and driver, local recommendations, ticketing changes and assistance with last minute changes in plans.

Hickory has block hotel space in many cities, and we can often confirm rooms in "sold-out" situations.

We have access to our dedicated Hickory rate desk which, by creative faring and routing, can frequently reduce airline costs.

24-Hour Emergency Service

We maintain a service, accessible through worldwide 800 numbers, which is on call 24 hours a day. We can pre-pay a ticket for commercial accounts, change or add a car and hotel, or change air reservations. If your flight is cancelled or your plans change, we smooth the way for you. The agents at the emergency desk will also help you track lost luggage and advise airlines of your on-going itinerary.
